- Please take note that check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. If you must arrive early, please make arrangement with us ahead of time so that we may make the necessary preparations.
- All reservations are confirmed and guaranteed via PayPal payment in full
- Single or double occupancy in suites with king/queen or 2 twin beds; sorry, no triples
- Breakfast is not served during our low season
- We are a small intimate hotel; no children under 16 years of age, please
- We enjoy welcoming our guests personally, and appreciate learning when we may expect you for check-in.
- Two nights minimum stay during low & high seasons; Three nights minimum stay during peak seasons; Five nights minimum stay during holidays
- Reservation changes requested <7 days of expected check-in are subjected to payment for the entire length of stay of the proposed confirmed reservation; cancellation of confirmed reservations >7 days prior to expected check-in will be subjected to a 25% fee of the original confirmed reservation
