Low Season (May 1st to Oct 31st)	$65

Prices per night, double occupancy and are subject to change.

Prices include all room amenities, as well as our signature a la carte breakfast menu (high & holiday season) or our light chalk-board breakfast, during low season.

Please take note that check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. If you must arrive early, please make arrangement with us ahead of time so that we may make the necessary preparations to store your luggage.

All reservations are confirmed and guaranteed via PayPal payment in full. NOTE: You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery cards.

Our rooms are equipped with King size beds and twin beds; a roll-away bed may be added for an additional cost, upon request. However please note that having an additional roll-away bed will dramatically limit your room space.

We are a small intimate hotel; we do not allow children under 16 years of age

We enjoy welcoming our guests personally, and appreciate learning when we may expect you for check-in.

Three nights minimum stay during high season & low season; Five nights minimum stay during holiday season, however we may make exceptions to this policy if we have a block available, please email to inquire.
